When I was 10 weeks pregnant my OB found what they thought was a big cyst on my right ovary. I went in for surgery at 15 weeks pregnant where they discovered it was a germ cell tumor. They removed my right ovary and fallopian tube along with the mass. It was sent to pathology and came back malignant as dysgerminoma. After my baby was born I went in for an MRI and was cancer free. I never would have known anything was wrong if I had not been pregnant. My little boy saved my life.
